Traditional Thai
Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions — you’re given traditional Thai clothing to wear throughout your treatment, similar to a loose tracksuit. There is constant body contact, but rather than rubbing the muscles the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked, following the body’s designated energy lines (“sen”). The therapist may use their hands and feet to position and work your body, with rhythmic pressing and stretching throughout — this can include pulling the fingers, toes and ears, cracking knuckles, walking on the back, and moving you through many different positions.

Deep Tissue & Hot Stone
This treatment targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue and can help with a range of conditions and pains. It isn’t unusual to feel some discomfort, as the aim is to break up muscle tension, adhesions and scar tissue deep in the musculature — so your therapist applies a good deal of pressure. Tell them at any time if it’s too much or not enough and they’ll adjust until you’re comfortable; expect to breathe deeply as they work especially tense areas. Towards the end, soothing warm stones coated in oil are gently worked over the skin.

ATTM Rank — Master Masseuse
Qualifications: Cert 4 & 5 Massage, Cert Traditional Thai Massage, Master’s diploma in professional remedial massage, and Master’s diploma in pregnancy massage. Beginning in Thailand, Stamp studied the art of traditional Thai massage and earned her qualifications in traditional Thai massage. Stamp has worked for many reputable massage clinics across Sydney, as well as studying in Australia and completing her diploma of remedial massage.

Qualifications: Cert 4 Remedial Massage, Cert Traditional Thai Massage. Alice is one of our newest team members, coming to us as a trainee. She quickly rose through the training with a thirst for knowledge and dedication — from hands-on training to hands on clients — and was awarded her white shirt, proclaiming that she has passed the highest standards required by our most senior and highly qualified masseuse therapists.
